  4. Black colour inscription from the application
  5. White colour cannot be an additional colour (SPOT) and be of an inscription
  6. Colour separation prepare as one file
  7. PDF files cannot have ICC profiles and cannot be created on OPI server
  8. Graphic elements and texts should be palced in 4 mm gap from the cutting
  9. Pages should have at least 3mm bleed in case of glued cover 5 mm.
  10. Text below 8 points should be prepared in one colour, it applies to contrast as well
  11. Black application should not be created from onle one colour, it is suggested to add 25% of blue colour
  12. Page sizes are constant for all publications
  13. Pages should have cutting lines, created automatically by a graphic program ( set on the work format after cutting)
  14. In case of glued cover, the  size of the pages inside a cover and neighbouring page sizes should be of 3 mm smaller (side gluing width).  It applies also  to the inside folding pages. In this case, doubling of an image (2 mm) should be captured in the file
  15. Printing machine glued orders should take into account 2 mm gluing on a spine
  16. With notbook-type cover it should be taken into account inside and outside margin grading which is caused by “pushing” inside folds
  17. Each page should be saved as a separate file, given a name that will help to identify it in an unambiguous way e.g. 01, 02, 03 page01, page02. It is not necessary to give long file names
  18. Separated files should have traps, in compositional files troops are given in the printing house. In this case files should be sent without
  19. All the images should be prepared in minimum 225 dpi resolution
  20. Fonts should be sent with the file
  21. Registration, resolution, rastra angles are given in the printing house, do not give them individually
  22. Each time you send the files we would like you to confirm it by e-mail or phone call
  23. As fully completed files without any need of additional adjustments sent on time we understand the materials. In case of the meterial sent through the Internet one should add additional time for sending them to the printing house
  24. Total of surface coverage degrees on four colour abstract sheet offset should not exceed 280-320% and for scroll offet 260-300%

Lack of the implementation of the above guidelines and disobeying of material deliveries deadlines can result in limitation of the printing house’s  responsibility for the final result. Moreover, it may cause a change in time and final costs of the whole service.
